Bill Reynolds, office staff, and installers are all top notch. They are very professional, pleasant, honest, and patient. It took us quite awhile to choose which garage door we wanted, but Pat and Bill could not have been more accommodating and patient. My garage door would not open so I called the number on a sticker next to the garage opener. It was after hours so I left my info and got a call back first thing in the morning. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and professional. She said someone would be there to fix the door within an hour. Sure enough, Bill and his coworker were there on time and immediately assessed the situation. Within 30 mins I had a working garage door. They were amazingly nice as well as efficient.
